MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS RULES. 1. Once the customers pay the EMI entry will be put in the passbook & online computerized payment receipt can be collected for the same.                                                                                                                                                               2. We request the customers to keep all the payment receipts carefully & handover to our office staff at the time of plot registration.                                                                                                                                                                                     3. Kindly call or walk-in & verify once in 3 months & verify about the entry & receipts. This is totally customer’s responsibility.                                                                    4. Payment has to be paid two days before the due date & get it signed from the agent.                                                                                                                     5. Payment without receipt will not be accepted. If the amount is paid to the agents & receipt for the same is not received then customer will be fully responsible for issues.                                                                                                                    6. Plot payment cannot be clubbed or merged. Payment will not be returned to the customer.                                                                                                                 7. Monthly installment to be paid before the lucky draw date.                                     8. Installment can be deposited through cash, cheque & online bank transaction. The cheque & online bank transaction will be the preferable mode for future accounts references.                                                                                                                   9. If there is a cheque bounce then the penalty amount will be deducted from customer’s payment.                                                                                                   10.
